To switch AI models:

1. Open SheraBot and go to Settings (gear icon)
2. Find the "AI Model" or "Model Selection" section
3. Tap on the model you want to use
4. Your selection is saved automatically

Note: Gemini 1.5 Pro is available for free users. Other models require premium.

Choose based on your needs:

• Gemini 1.5 Pro - Best for complex reasoning, analysis, and general tasks
• Mistral 7B - Best for coding, technical questions, and fast responses

SheraBot uses Google Sign-In for easy account creation. Simply:

1. Download and open SheraBot
2. Tap "Sign in with Google"
3. Select your Google account
4. That's it! Your account is created automatically

Yes, we take your privacy seriously. Your conversations are stored securely in Firebase with encryption. We do not share your data with third parties for training purposes. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.

To delete your data:

• Delete individual chats: Swipe left on a chat and tap Delete
• Delete all chats: Go to Settings > Clear All Chats
• Delete account: Contact support at contact@shera-ai.com

Yes! When you sign in with Google, all your chats sync automatically across all your devices. Start a conversation on your phone and continue it on your laptop seamlessly.

If SheraBot isn't responding, try these steps:

1. Check your internet connection
2. Close and reopen the app
3. Make sure you haven't exceeded your daily limit (free users)
4. Try switching to a different AI model
5. Update to the latest version of SheraBot

If you're having trouble signing in:

1. Make sure you have a stable internet connection
2. Ensure Google Play Services is updated (Android)
3. Try restarting your device
4. Clear the app cache and try again
5. Make sure you're using a valid Google account

To improve performance:

• Close other apps running in the background
• Clear the app cache in your device settings
• Delete old chat conversations you no longer need
• Ensure you have at least 100MB of free storage
• Update to the latest version of SheraBot

If your chats aren't syncing:

1. Make sure you're signed in with the same Google account on all devices
2. Check your internet connection
3. Pull down to refresh in the chat list
4. Sign out and sign back in
